Welcome to GadolAI. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. We've written them to be clear and fair to everyone.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GadolAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including healthcare professionals and their authorized staff.

2. Description of Service

GadolAI is a clinical documentation tool that helps healthcare professionals generate clinical notes using artificial intelligence. The Service is designed to assist with documentation workflows and is intended as a productivity aid, not a replacement for professional clinical judgment.

3. Account Registration

To use GadolAI, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be a licensed healthcare professional or authorized staff member
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GadolAI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Enter patient-identifying information (names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, etc.) into the system
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to generate false or misleading clinical documentation
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Subscription and Payment

GadolAI offers subscription-based access to the Service. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your selected subscription plan
• Provide valid payment information through our payment processor (Stripe)
• Accept that subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time
• Your account data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be deleted

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by GadolAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.

The clinical notes you generate using the Service are yours. We claim no ownership over the content you create with our tool.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

GadolAI does not provide medical advice. The AI-generated content is a starting point for documentation and must be reviewed, edited, and approved by a qualified healthcare professional before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GadolAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GadolAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
